Who we are
Elaine Kramer
Elaine has worked as a photographer for over 20 years and now works as a community consultant. Her particular interests in housing, resident involvement, community and regeneration issues led her to set up a resident magazine which was visually pleasing, full of interesting stories about local people, along with keeping residents up to date about corporate matters.
Michele Nevard
Michele is a journalist and editor with over 20 years experience gained across a wide spectrum of organisations and publications. She's worked in the private and public sector - from private banking to housing associations. Michele has written and edited a number of residents' magazines for London boroughs and is skilled at launching and revamping printed material. She also provides training and teaching for producing newsletters.
Martyn Partridge
Martyn has worked in London for over 30 years as a graphic
designer for non-profit organisations, including many housing associations
and local authorities. He strongly believes in clarity and simplicity as the
route to effective communication. In the words of Antoine de Saint‑Exupery:
"A designer knows he has achieved perfection not when there is nothing left
to add, but when there is nothing left to take away."
